Carol Snyder – Team Leader

Carol Snyder is the Team Leader and brings the experience and knowledge as a previous Branch Vice President for Coldwell Banker, as well as the Vice President of an International Luxury Real Estate Auction company. Additionally, Carol is a Previews Certified Luxury Specialist, a Certified Negotiations Expert, a prior agent mentor and a Top 100 Agent for Coldwell Banker for 8 years. Carol has been a resident of Anne Arundel County for over 35 years and currently lives with her 3 children and dog in Severna Park. She is a graduate of Towson University with a B.S. in Mass Communication with a concentration in Public Relations, as well as double minors in Communication Studies and Political Science. Prior to her career in real estate, Carol worked in public relations, marketing and advertising sales. As a Division I athlete and previous high school athletics coach, Carol has an innate drive for high performance and high success level. Her background as an athlete and coach has given her the ability to work well in high-pressure situations and communicate successfully with clients, vendors and agents. Tina Bradshaw – Team Partner

Tina has been a residential real estate agent for over 10 years and has been a Top 100 Agent. She has also been a member of the Anne Arundel County Masters Club for the past 6 years. In addition, Tina is a Previews Certified Luxury Specialist, a Certified Negotiations Expert and a Certified Staging Professional. Tina was born and raised in Annapolis and has been living in Severna Park with her husband and 2 children for the past 11 years. She is a graduate of The University of Connecticut with a BS in Dietetics and earned a post-graduate degree as a Physician Assistant where she worked in the Emergency Room at John’s Hopkins Bayview and Anne Arundel Medical Center. After moving/relocating with her husband and children 4 times in 8 years, Tina became interested in real estate as a career. Relocating numerous times, as well as the experience working in the ER with patients and families under very stressful circumstances, prepared her well for a career as a real estate agent and client advocate. Tina is a volunteer working to help host fundraisers for We Care and Friends ( ), as well as a volunteer for the SPCA of Anne Arundel County ( )

Jennifer Sowers – Team Member

Jennifer Sowers is a team member of the Carol Snyder Group with over two decades of sales and marketing experience. Over the years she has flourished as a record-setting Realtor with top brokerages, Director of Market Development of an International Luxury Real Estate Auction company and Regional Sales Manager of a Mid-Atlantic Bank. She is a prior mentor for new agents and a Top 100 Agent for Coldwell Banker. Jennifer resides in Lake Shore with her husband, two children and two dogs; a German Shepherd and long hair Chihuahua. She earned her B.S. in Business with a minor in Industrial Psychology at Old Dominion University and obtained her CCNA (Certified Cisco Network Associate) in computer networking. Clients rely on Jennifer for effortless transactions completed with integrity and the utmost discretion. Her market-driven philosophy and proactive approach are key in attaining her client’s real estate goals. She has a proven track record that has earned the trust and respect of clients and colleagues alike.

Sheila Torggler – Operations Manager

Sheila Torggler is our Team Operations Manager and brings over 20 years of experience in business administration, client solutions and project management. Prior to joining the Carol Snyder Group, she owned a successful home staging business in Anne Arundel county. Sheila’s interior design skills are a tremendous benefit to our clients.

Born and raised on the West Coast, Sheila has called Severna Park home for the past 17 years with her husband Matt and three children. She enjoys watching her children play lacrosse and rugby, as well as visiting the beach with friends and family.

Carly Hemingway – Team Member

Carly is the newest member to join the Carol Snyder group.  Carly has been in real estate for several years, getting her start as an executive assistant to one of the principals of Monument Sotheby’s and gaining valuable experience that translates to her new role with the Carol Snyder Group.  Carly earned a B.S in Exercise Science from Towson University and has a strong background in Health and Fitness, allowing her to take her passion for helping others and transfer that into her real estate career.

She is a long-time resident of Anne Arundel County but is no stranger to the Baltimore area which was her focal market for the first year and a half of her career. Carly prides herself on connecting with people on a personal level and catering to their specific real estate needs, adding that personal touch which is so vital in this business.
